4FENCE STAPLES

Production fence staples of ø 4mm and ø 3.15mm (9Ga and 10.5Ga). These staples are produced with high resistance HDG steel class 3 or class 4 and on request on zinc aluminum. Our production standard is paper tape collated or glued. Staples leg can be smooth, knurled or knurled+barbed. We are the first company that manufacture this hybrid design staples for more holding power.

We can supply packaging with special quantities and customized labelling.

Applications: livestock fencing, field fencing, horse fencing, ligth and heavy mesh fencing, vineyards, plastic mesh barriers, pet enclosures and poultry fencing.

Staples 10.5ga (3.15mm) are glued with anchor coating and finishing in smooth or knurled.

The glue and the anchor coating with the knurled design offer the maximum holding power inside the wood. Suitable for all 10.5ga staplers.

Staples 9ga (4.00mm) are available taped and glued.

The paper tape version can be knurled or knurled+barbed.

This K+B hybrid design offers traditional holding power of barbed staples with enhanced capability of knurling design for more surface area on wood fibers.

The glued version available only in knurled version.

HDG class 4 and zinc aluminum available.

Loose staples 9ga (4.00mm) barbed or barbed+knurled.

Available in 10 lbs or 50 lbs plastic buckets. Other quantities available upon request.

Battery Staplers 20V for 9ga (4.00mm). No fuel cells.

This staplers has our aluminum rail design to be more efficent, simpler and faster to load staples. Provided with two 20V batteries, has a firing speed of 60 staples/min. With a single battery charge can fire up to 750 staples. Compatible with StockAde® fasteners.

NEW PRODUCTS: RAIL ADAPTORS

We have also designed rail adaptors for DeWalt® and Milwakee® fence tools. With our adaptors the tools can use the original fasteners design and also ours. All this with a fast and simple installation.
